10 Months!

Why does 10 months sound so old to me? It's double digits. How in the world did you get into double digits?

What's New With You? 

• You weigh almost 22 pounds and you are 29 1/2 inches long. That puts you in the 65th and 75th percentile respectively
• You wear size 18 month clothes mostly and size 3 shoe and size 3 diaper
• You are a master crawler and you pull yourself up instantly on anything you can. The back of our legs is a fave. 
• You cruise all over the house. We call you Tom Cruise Crazy
• You say "dada" and "gleeb" and an occasional "mama" too. A lot of gibberish and chatter though. We love to hear what you have to say
• You cut a tooth!!!!! Your bottom left tooth is coming in more every day and the bottom right one is not far behind. It looks like you may also be getting ready to cut the top 2!!!!!! 4 all at once and you really are handling it like a champ. We have bad nights but all in all you've been tough. 
• You definitely know what "no no" means and choose to ignore it whenever the mood strikes
• You apparently love dog food. I guess we don't feed you enough. Poor thing.
• Your favorite toys are yellow ball, orange basketball, puzzle pieces and any of Dakota's toys. 
• You eat pretty much everything we eat now, just in very tiny portions. You LOVE mac n cheese. You like the Kraft stuff but Country Crock elbow mac is the ultimate. 
• You are very social. You will smile and wave at anyone.
• You like to play catch. We roll orange basketball back and forth.
• You love being outside and eating grass
• You also love standing at your "work station" in your bedroom. When you are playing with it, we know you're all business
• You love to be rocked and snuggled to sleep. Your favorite song is Baby of Mine. It always calms you down when I sing it to you
• You're getting into books more. Your favorite is Discover the Day sound book. 
• You love music and swinging your arms around in the air when you get really excited.
• You love to kiss us and you are starting to kiss your toys too. You must really love them. They love you too. 

I could go on and on about all the things you do now and get into. You are definitely our little mover. I think you will be walking before your first birthday and I know that's when things will get really fun. We are able to go out more and experience new things which is very exciting to us because we love making memories. I love you Mr. Mister and wish you a very happy 10 month birthday.
