Jonah and The Virus

 Seeing this face, you wouldn't think this little boy was sick.

 He was in fact running a fever that ranged from 102 - 104.4 degrees for 72 hours.

Doctors orders were to rest and take it easy.. so we blew up the air mattress and made a pillow and blanket fort in the living room!

 He had a blast climbing from our fort bed up to the couch

And tossing it overboard..

These kinds of shenanigans continued onto the next day but this time Dakota's squeaker was toy of choice.

Poor baby slept a lot and got extra cuddles. This was our first experience with a sick baby. Our first experience with a fevered baby even so we are proud of Jonah, proud of his immune system and proud of his parents for keeping it cool, literally.  It lasted 3 days but are glad to report that Mr. Mister is back in action and ready to party. Bring on the germs!
