Fall Soccer Highlights

Such a good coach!!! Tying Jonah's shoe :)

She was so happy she got to wear the orange shirt during scrimmage! She had been wanting to wear it all season but for some reason was never picked to be on that team. I may have asked the coach if she could be on the orange team because it was her last day. Oh man was she happy about it!

And scored 2 points for her team!!!

We had a blast this season and both kids are signed up for Spring. Jonah's skills have improved so much. We're seeing him take on more of a goalie roll and he throws in great. He can pass the ball even. He is not the aggressive one out there making all the points but he is the one blocking the other teams goals and assisting. Coach Robert saw that in him early on and starting using that to the teams advantage. And little shy Journey Kay? Well she's not so shy on the soccer field. That girl gets the ball and takes it down to make a goal. She is fast as lightening and determined. We are so impressed with her. She's a natural athlete if I've ever seen one.
What an awesome season and we're looking forward to Spring to do it all over again!
